Unable to See Pending approval task on esc portal

Hi Everyone
Facing one issue In my Development Instance i am unable see Pending approval my task on esc portal.
Does anyone know how to resolve this Issue ?
I am expecting like this

Hello Mayur4,
Have you checked that in the sysapproval_approver
table there are records for that user? The
sysapproval_approver.approver
field stores the user whose approval is required. If you don't have any record in that table, none will appear in the widget.

I could see in my instance and it's OOTB
Check if someone updated the conditions on this record
1. Navigate Employee Center --> Administration --> To-dos Configurations
2. Open Approvals Records (highlighted one in image below).
Right Click on Form header -> Show File Properties -> Check versions
Also check this link, check if user has correct approver role "sn_request_approver_read"
Approvals doesn't show up on "My Tasks" in Employee Center
