Agent Workspace, want to display compose section

Hey,

I want to have the Compose section automatically always be displayed when opening a new ticket. So I dont have to change this manually each time I open a ticket (see the red arrow)find_real_file.png

I suspect that this might be possible by changing User Preferences but I have tried different values and nothing changes.

If anyone could help me with this, it would be much appreciated. 🙂

Hi @erikzachariasnilsson ,

Just like widgets are responsible for the appearance (look and feel) of Service  Portal, similarly, the appearance of any form on Workspace depends on View.

  1. Find out which view is being used for the workspace. It can be one of Default View, Workspace or a custom view.
  2. From the native platform, go to that form view
  3. Verify whether the activity stream [Activities(filtered)] is added on the form.
  4. If Yes, please remove the same.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.

Thanks,

Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,

Yes the [Activities(filtered)] is already added on the form, and it is visible there in Workspace. However, I want it to automatically be displayed when opening a ticket. Avoiding that you have to press the alternative layout button (see red arrow on first screenshot).

Hi Sandeep,

Yes the [Activities(filtered)] is already on the form, and it is displayed there. However, that is not the problem. The problem is the layout. I want it to be displayed automatically when I open a new ticket. Without having to click the alternativ layout button (see red arrow on picture 1).

I am guessing this can be done in the user preferences, although Im not sure.
