Application Manager (new and classic) times out after upgrade to DC

We recently upgraded our instance from Vancouver to DC and now application manager most of the time will not load (just blank with the servicenow banner), or it gives the error message:
TypeError: Cannot find function hasOwnProperty in object com.glide.sys.TransactionCancelledException: Transaction cancelled: maximum execution time exceeded. (sys_script_include.b08ad363537411106883ddeeff7b12db.script; line 48)

Activity Log gives the error:

Cannot convert TypeError: Cannot read property "state" from undefined to com.glide.rest.service.custom.errors.ScriptableServiceError (sys_script_include.b08ad363537411106883ddeeff7b12db.script; line 62)

Reading through "All" logs has not proven fruitful as the errors are not appearing... Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same issue trying to run update to instance security centre in my nonprod.

Status of the update shows "Record not found" with Activity log showing

Internal Server Error (500)
Cannot convert TypeError: Cannot read property "state" from undefined to com.glide.rest.service.custom.errors.ScriptableServiceError (sys_script_include.b08ad363537411106883ddeeff7b12db.script; line 62)

I found that using classic app manager enabled me to install the required updates.

The solution for the first Issue:

Application Manager page is taking long time to load on Subscription Management v2 plugin enabled in...

For us, classic app manager would not load or show that the Subscription Management V2 - 3.1.0 version it would only load the previous versions and state that the latest version of the app was already installed. I tried repairing it but it still only showed v2 - 2.1.0

I had to wait for the new app manager to eventually load the app screen so that I could upgrade it to 3.1.0

For the second error this fixed it:

App Manager showing app installation in progress on detail page even after couple days or Getting th...

Once you have ordered the Subscription Management v2 plugin from the ServiceNow Store, it's possible to upgrade to the latest version.

This doesn't work for me. Even after going to the store and requesting a newer version I cannot install it via the classic view of app manager.

Edit: Also my sub prod instances do not have an older version of Subscription Management v2 but the application manager is working as expected.

Correction: This worked for me it just took a long time to be able to see the new version of Subscription management v2 in the Classic Application Manager.
