We have a use case where a calendar is needed to track specific time slots that are available for a specific type of meeting to be schedule from CSM Workspace. This will be performed by internal agents, not through the portal. There are two time slots per day, always at the same times each weekday M-F. We'd like to set up some business logic that automatically generates these time slots rather than manually create the records.
Is there an out of the box way in CSM to automatically populate the Business Calendar Entries table with records for a specific Business Calendar? Or is there a better way to approach this use case?
