Hi ,
I am trying to learn my self more about service now
my requirment/doubt is how can we add a new section in related lists.
for suppose i am working on an custom table in that i wanted to populate some incident recods in the related lists by creating a new section.

Hi @Gampa Ashrith ,
If I understand your question correct, you need a new tab/section in a form on the custom table within the related list section - correct? If that is true, you either need to have a reference field between the custom table record and the incident table or create the relation within the relationships menu:

@Gampa Ashrith you have to have a relationship defined for the both tables, or you can also include a new reference field that connects to incident on your custom table. Then if you configure your related list you will be able to include the said field there. or you open an existing record and use the form designer/ list layout or Form builder to create a section with your field.
