Could someone kindly point me in the right direction, please?
What i'm ideally looking for is to be able to open up and work through a Change Record in my PDI (or frankly any other accessible sandbox) to create training videos on "how to do xxxx".
I have a dev instance in Yokohama, do I need to build the Change Record and release it or is there an "out the box" CR template I could use for this purpose, please?
Thanks in advance!!
Adam

Assuming you have the correct roles, delete everything from the URL after ".com" and it should redirect you to the screenshot you grabbed from google

Thanks mate. It bounces me straight into the dev app creator screen and the URL defaults back to..... https://dev303691.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home
Don't suppose you know how I can either set up a new user or assign myself additional roles do you, please? 🙂

@Adam1978 if my answer helped you, could you mark it as correct, so others can benefit too?
Thanks in advance!

Nearly! One more follow-up question please, if I delete everything after ".com" it defaults back to the dev screen. I guess I need to set up a second account as a user or change my current role?

In the screenshot you provided, it looks like you are logged in with someone with CU initials. (top right corner) Maybe this user doesn't have access to the backend? You can click on the CU initials and impersonate another user if you have this option, or log in as System administrator? If the PDI is yours the default credentials should be for admin
