Change Urgency text in Self Service Portal for Incidents

Is it possible to change the Urgency text in Self Service Portal for Incidents?

A predecessor entered 'casual' text, I'd like to change them.

If so, please advise how to.

Hi @Gryphonrider ,

 

If you navigate to Maintain Items , and search for "Create Incident"

If you open the Item, there is a related list call " Variables", search for Urgency and open the variable

Within the Variable, there is a tab " Annotation" in this tab you can modify the "Help Text" and/or add an Instruction.
