Hello ,
In the case i found that the field Closed was filled with the value 2023-05-16 11:04:02 which is the same value of stop time of the sla ,this a normal behavior ?
The problem is that in the filed resolved we found the value 2023-05-19 resolved after closed that's not make a sense
the support team change the state from resolved to closed on 2023-05-24 06:32:03 but we don't see this value in the field closed we see the value of stop time that exist in SLA
Any suggestion please, thanks in advance
