Compose Email & Email Templates missing from CSM Configurable Workspace

Hi all, within CSM Configurable Workspace we are missing the Email option under the 'Compose' section, and also missing 'Email Templates' from the contextual sidebar to the right (envelope icon). Having looked on a PDI this should be OOB but missing from our instance. 'Compose Email' is an option (the "email_client" attribute is set to true in the Case Table) but this doesn't make the email option show.
It appears correctly in Service Operations Workspace:

Hi @OWelch ,
In CSM Workspace, we don't get the Email Envelope icon on the right hand side, we need to use the three dots and select "Compose Email", once you click on that action, you can select the email template which you want to use:
