Configuration of Dynamic Translation for Agent Chat

Hello Experts,

 

I'm currently trying to configure the Dynamic Translation for our agent chat but I'm a little confused with how to proceed.

I've followed the documentation on https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/administer/conversational-... and watched a few videos on the configuration of it but it does not seem very clear (at least for me) on how to configure this properly.

In our case, we will be using our own translation service and I've already created a connection to the service, as indicated in the documentation/videos, but now I don't know exactly what to do with it or how to build the subflows properly.

 

Can anyone provide a little more clarity in this topic?
