I have a requirement to remove or disable the selection of font style when composing an email in response to a case. I tried tweaking the system properties but it has no effect on the HTML editor toolbar. Please see the image below for reference. Is there a solution or workaround for this?
Secondly I was tasked to set a custom font as the default font style when composing an email since the client wanted their branding guidelines to be followed when replying to emails/cases. The solution I formulated is to set the general html layout to the custom font.
- The part I am stuck on is on what module or table should I add the custom font, or is it possible to add a link instead since I am using Google Fonts.
- If the former is possible can I call the font directly on the html layout?
