Create Case UI action is not working in CSM/FSM Configurable workspace

Hi,
I have created two new case types and also created service definitions as well. But when I try to create a case from Interaction form on the CSM/FSM Configurable workspace, I'm not getting any popup window to select the case type to create a case.
I have tested the same in my PDI it worked correctly. But when I try to do the same in the development instance it is not working. 
I have compared all the configurations in PDI and DEV everything is same.

Anyone kindly help me with this.

Did you check the workspace client script for that UI action is configured correctly?

Have you changed any properties for the pop-up windows?

Also, have you configured a Service Definition?

The problem was resolved. It worked properly after clearing the cache.
