Some user are getting "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" error

Hi,

some users are encountering the error message: "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" when attempting to open a knowledge article that is set to be accessible to all users.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1.  Verified that the articles knowledge base is correctly assigned under the portal related knowledge base list.
  2.  Confirmed that the knowledge base is accessible to all users.

Note: While reviewing, I noticed that some backlinks within the article are restricted to specific users. Could this restriction affect the main article's accessibility for certain users?

I would like to understand the root cause of this issue, especially since it impacts only some users while not others, even when those users have same roles.
