yesterday
Hello everyone!
I have just passed my CSA exam and will begin my ServiceNow career shortly.
Are is there anyone who would provide basic guidance/wisdom on the best practices for being a system analyst for a large scale organization using the CSM module for the customer support operations?
Anything would be helpful! Thanks in advance.

Hi @canderson116,
Congrats on passing the CSA! 🚀 Can you explain why do you decide to go for the CSM? There are many modules CSM, HR, SecOps, .... I would encourage you to focus on the role first - maybe the analyst as you mentioned - rather than focusing on one module it might be better to develop a role-specific skills and these skills can be then applied for more modules - e.g. ITSM + CSM or ITSM+HR, ... you name it.
