How can we disable the customer satisfaction surveys sent out for the reopen tickets?

Hi Aman,
Check the trigger condition of survey and just remove the condition for sending survey for reopen tickets.
https://yourinstance/asmt_condition_list.do?sysparm_query=assessment.evaluation_method%3Dsurvey%5EtableSTARTSWITHincident&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=&sysparm_choice_query_raw=&sysparm_list_header_search=true
If you want to disable whole survey go to below link and disable it.
https://yourinstance/asmt_metric_type_list.do
