middle name = kumar

last name = c

thn the display name: Hemanth kumar c

Your client script is working on "Active" field. Change it to the "last name"

i did not find any difference here with the answer i had proposed for this thread and other developer scripts apart from the screenshot . 

does it matter to post the screenshot here ? the logic which i had proposed in not correct ? let me know if my answer did not deserve that correct answer so i can help you with other way.
