Dynamic translation stalking in chat

Hello 

We're experiencing since a couple of weeks, maybe after we upgraded to Washington, an issue where our customers are suddenly not seeing anymore in the chat the responses from our Helpdesk agent. The HD agent however continues to type responses normally in his console and he sees the customer responses as well. Our customers are getting very frustrated of course. We noticed however that if agent is sending a screenshot , that screenshot will be displayed to the customer but any text added in the chat will not be displayed

This seems to indicate an issue with dynamic translation, maybe latency in responses from the translation engine...? We have a HI ticket open with Servicenow but we're eager to resolve this quickly now
