Edit columns under My Requests in CSM Portal

Hi All,

 

We have requirement, where we need to add the State and Stage columns in the list, when clicked on "My Requests" in the CSM Portal. Below is the screenshot.

Can any only help on this, I tried by adding the fields for My request from Page editor, but its not reflecting on the portal.

Hi @Navyaa27 ,

 

Navigate to the module "My Request Filters" available under Service Catalog --> Catalog Administration or you can use the below link:
https://instance.service-now.com/request_filter_list.do?sysparm_userpref_module=c2c2d68347302200e0ef... 

Replace "instance" with your instance name.

 

Search for your CSM portal entry here and open Requested Item record. You will see "Secondary Field" attribute. Define the stage , state columns as you need and will reflect. Similarly you can define for other columns as well as shown below:

The above is not working, I am trying to display them in the Portal .
