Hi Team,
When user is trying to send an email to servicenow, getting an error "Email ignored by 'Ignore sender' filter". I checked email filter is has condition to ignore if header contains "mailer-daemon" or "postmaster". Postmaster keyword was there in email log header. May I know how to bypass this email filter? If I make this inactive will it cause any other issues?
Please suggest, thank you.
Regards,
Ash

Hi,
Let me know if you have any other questions around this, but just to recap: the overall filter itself remains active, but we just removed the "postmaster" condition and left the "mailer-daemon".
Please mark reply above Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!
