External fsm agents are not able to access Sericenow instance

Hi All,
We are implementing FSM from scratch in our environment, so i have installed the plugins and I have created a test user with "wm_ext_manager" role in my client's environment, but when i am impersonating with this user i am not able to access serviecnow fsmcp portal.( FYI admin profile i can access fsmcp portal)

Please refer attached screenshot.

We are using Washington DC servicenow version.

 

If any idea, please guide us here.

You may want to choose and apply role from here: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-field-service-management/page/product/planning-and-pol... 

Try with wm_agent and/or wm_dispatcher roles.
