Hi everyone - We’re building a list of agents who are interested in sharing feedback on future-facing designs for CSM Workspace. We'd appreciate you sharing our short invite survey with agents at your company who may be interested in joining.
By joining this list, agents will have the opportunity to participate in research studies to influence the development of the products and tools they use every day—on their own time, without disrupting their work. Agents will participate in these research efforts outside of working hours, so it doesn't disrupt the time they should be spending working on resolving customer problems.
Depending on their eligibility, they will also receive gift cards or swag for each study they participate in.

Once they’ve joined, we’ll reach out whenever a research study aligns with their profile. The studies would be interviews and surveys capturing feedback on new and existing ServiceNow experiences. We tailor our invitations to agent skills, experiences, and preferences so they’re only receiving relevant invitations. And, there's no pressure - they can decline or opt out at any time.
