How a non service now user can access a catalog form and submit the request using the form in portal

Hi all,

There is requirement. Service now user has to submit a form with basic info on catalog item form. Once the request was submitted, the non service now user should access another catalog item and submit the form. 

As the second part is not being done by non service now user how can they access form.

Is there any way to do this.

Yes. Create a Service Portal page and keep the roles as Public. 

Edit your pager using Page Designer and add SC_Cat_item widget on the page. 

Could you make sure this widget is also Public? You can do it by going to the widget and adding the roles as Public.

When you create your variables, make the Read Role & Write Role as Public as well.
