Hi all,
I have set up Agent Assist for my SC_Task table.
How can I add the condition that for this table only, the Agent Assist only returns the result of a specific Knowledge Base?
Thank you

I have found the solution:
In the 'Search Context', open the 'Resource Configuration' tab. Click on the link, and in the condition, click on the 'Condition' and add an encoded query value.

Hi Sujatha,
This Article is not showing me how to limit the KB Articles result, which belong to a specific Knowledge Base.
My understanding from the documentation is that the Short Description is the only filter that can be used.
Thank you

@xhensilahad Navigate to Table Configuration [cxs_table_config]. Create a new record or check the existing record to update the filter as below with knowledge base.
Accordingly modify the search context default as knowledge articles".
