We would like to update the text content displayed in the tab of a case opened in Agent Workspace to show a more defining string.
In the attached image, all tabs relating to cases show their Case Number, we want to customize this with another field.
Is there such a location for this modification?

Hey
As Maik mentioned, you are unable to edit the actual tab itself. However, you can update the pop-up that appears when you hover over the tab itself.
To do this go to Workspace Experience -> Form Headers.
Select the table that you would like to configure, and update the primary and secondary fields accordingly.
