Does anyone know how to add a new list to Configurable workspace?
I want to add a list under work order task and tried it from the menu in the upper right corner, Configure Page > List Setting. And I was able to add a List, My Important list, but it was only visible to the System Administrator and not to other users. Does anyone know what other settings I need to do?

Hi ,
I hope this help. I resolved the issue configuring the role access on the UIB table sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.
Role and Access
Roles and access enable you to define the audience of each of the lists defined in the list filters.
Legacy table name | UIB table name |
---|---|
sys_aw_list | sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list |
To migrate roles and access, select a filtered list and choose the audience.
I used the following Service Now documentation:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service-management/concept/migration-lists.html

Hi Ankur
Thank you for your quick reply. But I would like to add new list to the CSM/FSM Configurable workspace, not the Agent workspace...
Do you know how to set up adding a listing in the CSM/FSM Configurable workspace?

UX List Menu Configuration (sys_ux_list_menu_config table) is where you make changes. Make sure you are in the correct scope.
