How to add select option to which attachment need to download in agent workspace sidebar.?

I got the final answer, the select option only visible in Yokohama version.

Compare two screen shoot, One has option to Select All attachments but other not.

I am able to select all and download all in both the layouts in SOW
Try to clear instance cache or repair the SOW plugin
1 column layout
2 column layout

Please install CSM and test it again. I think it is bug for servicenow.
