【Overview】
The configuration of sn_apptmnt_booking_service_config is complex and not user-friendly.

【Objective】
Allow users to configure appointments directly from a calendar interface.

【Environment and Prerequisites】

  • ServiceNow Version: Xanadu
  • Current Configuration: Using the "Appointment Configuration" module with detailed setup for appointment settings.
  • Additional Prerequisites: The Walk-up Experience plugin is installed on the instance.

【Current Challenges/Concerns】

  • Appointment time slots can be configured, but the process is too complex for customers.
  • Looking for alternative solutions, such as enabling a calendar view, to make it easier for users to configure appointments.
