how to create a text box on click of a button in service portal?

Hi guys!!

I need to create a custom widget which is a button on csm portal. On click of a button , a text box should appear and it should contain an 'Ok' button at the end. On the click of 'Ok' button the text box should close and show an info message on the csm portal.

Hi @Sandeep Dutta

I have a custom button created on csm portal to provide feedback for a KA. When we click on button a ox should appear and take comments and display an info message upon close.

Later i should send an email notification with these comments as body , article title and number as subject

and from as user logged in.

Can you please provide any slution for this requiement?
