Hi,
Does anyone know how to disable the Agent Assist on the Workspace on ServiceNow?
I no longer want it to show up as a app on the workspace.
Thanks.

when you will mention the tableName.list in application navigator you have to hit enter then it will open the list of records.
i am assuming you are an admin user

i get nothing in the list when i insert sys_declarative_action_assignment.list
The UI Components plugin is installed
All the Workspace plugin's are also installed.
I still do not have such options in my application naviagtor
Is there a vital plugin i'm missing?

I tried this on New York PDI - this works for me.
Indeed, the Applications and Modules look different in New York versus Orlando

glad it helped 🙂
agreed the module name could be different but the table i think, it should be available.
jitesh: can you please sure you have mentioned sys_declarative_action_assignment.list and hit the enter after that?

Hi, Are there any additional plugin's i need to install on New York, so i can view the Workspace Experience, which will enable me to customize my workspace from the Workspace itself. this will also give me the contextual Side Panel which i am after to remove the Agent Assist.
On the following URL: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/concept/wor...
There is a drop down when you click on the profile picture at the top right corner. All i can currently see is Settings and Log Off. Shouldn't there be a lot more as specified in the picture on the above URL?
I have activated all the workspace plugin's and also UI component, but i'm finding it really difficult to customize my Workspace.
I have the workspace_Admin and Admin roles.

If my answer helped you, kindly mark it as correct and helpful.
