Hi,

Does anyone know how to disable the Agent Assist on the Workspace on ServiceNow?

I no longer want it to show up as a app on the workspace.

Thanks.

when you will mention the tableName.list in application navigator you have to hit enter then it will open the list of records.

i am assuming you are an admin user

Thanks Harsh, for your help so far.

@Harsh and @Dirk:

Are there any additional plugin's i need to install on New York, so i can view the Workspace Experience, which will enable me to customize my workspace from the Workspace itself.

On the following URL: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/concept/wor...

There is a drop down when you click on the profile picture at the top right corner. All i can currently see is Settings and Log Off. Shouldn't there be a lot more as specified in the picture on the above URL?

I have activated all the workspace plugin's and also UI component, but i'm finding it really difficult to customize my Workspace.

I have the workspace_Admin and Admin roles.

are you able to see "Declarative Action" >> "Action Assignment" Module . there you can see list of records . please confirm.

Yeah i can and Agent Assist was in there. Thanks for your prompt answers.

Hi Jitesh.

The "platform" plugins I have installed on NY and associated with  "workspace" are:

1)Agent Workspace
2)Guided Application Creator

3)Workspace Core
Core Workspace app for enabling CSM/ITSM agents to provide world-class service at light speed

Then there are the "workspace" plugins related to ITSM"

4)ITSM Workspace

5)ITSM Workspace Landing Pages

6)ITSM Workspace Landing Pages - Premium

7)Service Catalog - Workspace

Etc - You can filter out the same for CSM and other applications.

On the URL you mention, this is related to Orlando! These are enhanced features available in Orlando and relevant to the Workspace and an Item in the Workspace. So if you open an Incident in the workspace, then the drop-down menu under the logged-in user icon (admin) gives the same selection.

The below is in NY, same view as on Orlando - Incident on the workspace, the dropdown menu is:

Conclusion: Orlando is far more advanced than the New York release and allows better control over customizing the workspace although @Hashvardhan gives the best answer for NY release.

If you have the "platform" plugins (3) mentioned above and the relevant CSM plugins related to "workspace" then you should be able to do the same as suggested.
