How to make the attachment icon not selected by default in ServiceNow Workspace record view

How to make this attachment icon not selected when a user open a record in workspace.

I can see the configurations are in UI builder but couldn't find a config to control the selection of this icon.

Hi Ankur,

No I dont want the icon to be hidden. Rather, what I am observing is by default this icon is clicked when the user loads any record in CSM workspace. I dont want that to happen. By default, only form should be loaded like below screenshot.
