How to remove/disable Exact matches from Global Search on CSM Configurable Workspace?

Can someone please tell me how to disable/remove Exact Match records form Global Search on CSM Configurable Workspace.

Hi Arun,
When your search exactly matches the Number field value for a searchable record, global search displays that record, enabling you to bypass the search results page.

Hi Sandeep, I am facing a similar issue with Exact match.
I have implemented Portal using UI Builder, ther I have a option for Global search, in case of Exact match when I click on the result it does nothing "don't works", whereas if I search with any other keyword whicj is not a exact match it takes me to search page.
If you have any insides on implementing search in UI Builder please help.
