how to remove virtual chat button from ESC portal

HI,
I have two chat buttons for my ESC portal, I need to remove chat icon.
I need the widget one "help desk chat support" Need to remove another icon. Please help me

It means you have 2 bots setup for the ESC portal. So check and deactivate on.

Conversational Interfaces > Home > Add my bot to a portal then check ESC portal and available bots to turn off.

Conversational Interfaces guided setup > Agent Chat setup.. and deactive the desire duplicate bot record for ESC.

All > Service Portal > Agent Chat on ESC turn off the desired bot.
