Hi All Can you guide me,
How to set gray colour to one particular assignment group in incident form
When ever we select "X" assignment group in incident form it should change colour as grey
On load of particular assignment group
Please guide me steps and any script please
Only IT Service Desk Group Should change colour as grey

Hi @Research ,
You can get the fields in UI policy, for this you need to be in same scope as your table is in acc. to service-now resolution.

Hello @Research ,
Please verify your table once for the UI policy, I can see currently you have selected some custom table so if you want to make the assignment group field read only then please select table as "incident" only then the that field will be appear for selection.

Hi @Research ,
Create the UI policy on the 'incident' table with the condition and set the 'assignment group' field mandatory. If there are multiple UI policies created on the "assignment_group" field then adjust the order of UI Policy. Please refer to the below screenshots:
