How to set view to "Workspace view" as default to user?

Hi,

I'm implementing CSM module to customer. I'v configured all the case form layouts ect to CSM agent in Workspace view. When dummy user tested this module, the CSM agent default view somehow changed to Case view, and because of this, configures I'v done in Workspace view are not working.

How I can change Case view to Workspace view to CSM agent as default view? So user would always use Workspace view as default.

Please see pictures attached.

Best,
Miikka

Hi @Miikka Martikainen ,

Navigate to the respective module and define the new View Name which you have created to have it default for all the users. Refer the screenshot below :

Hi @Miikka Martikainen ,

Because you are using the category, instead try with the application modules resides under "Customer Service". for example "My Cases", you can find the view name mentioned :

I'm missing that "view name" -option from my menu. Any ideas why?
