How to take photos using ServiceNow web application in CSM/FSM Workspace.

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to capture photos using ServiceNow web application and store them and also need to retrieve them whenever needed or queried.
I want this to be implemented in CSM/FSM Workspace.

 

Can someone help me out on this,

Hi @Venky Kshatriy2 ,

Unfortunately, as of today we do not have anything to capture photos in Workspace OOTB.
