Issue with Customer Registration Widget

I just cloned customer registration widget and added to the page.. no changes did... but css layout got distrubed.. why so? there are no page instance level css.

First Block - Customer Registration (Original Widget)

yes, but I'm not getting any single clue to fix it.. I see entire code is same..

My Assumption is

Portal level theme is getting applied for cloned one but not for OOB one... I don't want themem to b applied for cloned one also,
