Need to add columns in list view of Report/PA widget which is showing on Home page in Agentworkspace

Hi,

 

I want to change the list of view of Report/PA widget which is showing on Home page in Agent workspace. Please find the below images of Home page and list view which need configure.

Currently, in list, it just showing number column but need to add more columns like assignment group, business service etc.,

 

Could you please help me how and where need to configure it?

Hello @suresh91,

 

For this requirement navigate to All > Workspace experience > All workspaces once you locate the Agent workspace open record for the same. Then on the Agent workspace scroll below and locate the Workspace Lists related list as shown below

Once you get the list that is displayed on the workspace open the record from this related list and change the Columns field save the changes and check the same on workspace if it reflects as shown below
