New application manager stopped working after installing com.snc.csm_proxy_contacts

I am running PDI on Vancouver release. I installed com.snc.csm_proxy_contacts plugin and after its installation, the new application manager has stopped working, whereas the classic application manager is working fine.
In the new application manager, no data is loading on the page, filters are not loading, search is not working, and activity log is also not working. Please refer to the below screenshots.
Please suggest how to fix it.

While checking the console logs, it was giving errors such as "Unauthorized Access" which indicated that the login must have expired. I logged out of the PDI and then logged in back and it started working.
But the question remains that while all other parts of the instance was working such as ITSM and CSM apps, and classic application manager, why did the new application manager stopped working.
If you can provide some suggestions on it, it would be helpful.
