Not Authorized Error

Hi All,

 

when i try to create a "Contact" using Case User by clicking on the NEW uiaction I get "Not Authorized" error.

 

I have checked the ACLs with respect to the contact table and  case user has all the required roles.

 

What should be the next trouble shooting steps ?

Yes the UI action was pointing to a record producer and it had a user criteria blocking the user resolved it by making changes to AVAILABLE FOR.
