Notify + Twilio demo integration not working!

Hey Community, hope you are doing well,

 

I'm writing this post because i'm trying to test the Twilio demo integration stated in the public docs: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service-m...

What is happening is that i call the number, i'm redirected to the IVR in which i can input the options, after it says the Say "Connecting you to a customer care agent" action, the call is cut off, even though the agent is available in the cti, don't really understand what's happening.

 

Is any of you experiencing this and can help?
