OpenFrame API openCustomURL

Hi community,
When i use openFrameAPI.openCustomURL('/now/cwf/agent/home') to open CSM workspace, i meet a problem.
When i run openFrameAPI.openCustomURL('/now/cwf/agent/home') out of CSM workspace, i can open CSM workspace successfully, but when i run openFrameAPI.openCustomURL('/now/cwf/agent/home') in CSM workspace, it will open a not found page, the url is /now/cwf/agent, it seems a bug of ServiceNow, can anybody help to check it?
The attachment is when run openFrameAPI.openCustomURL('/now/cwf/agent/home') in CSM workspace and it open a not found page
