The option to change the ServiceNow theme is not appearing:

Hi @lucasjt,
Make sure that the glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled system property is set as true.
if yes, try by setting as false and the as true. After that log-out and re-login. It will solve your issue.

Thanks for answering.
I had already checked the property before, it was already set to true. I did the false/true procedure, logged out and logged in. Did not work.
I found here in the community that the active theme may not have variations, which is why it does not allow changing the "themes", which are actually variations of the active theme.
Can you tell me how I can check my current theme?
How can I add a variant to it?

Thank you Sagar. I managed to find the problem, it really was the issue of the theme used not having variants. I did a test creating a variant and the themes block appeared again in preferences!
