Options to change theme are not appearing in user preferences

Going to preferences:

The option to change the ServiceNow theme is not appearing:

This is a client instance. This is the third time he has opened an incident to complain about this!

Hi @lucasjt,

 

Make sure that the glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled system property is set as true.

 

if yes, try by setting as false and the as true. After that log-out and re-login. It will solve your issue.

From Theme Builder 2.0.1, we can define color alternative called "Palette". To create it, switch in "Manager" mode and open the option "Add alternate color palette".
