PDI - CSM Case table is missing the business service field/column

Hello Everyone,

I have installed the Customer Service Mangement plugins in a PDI running with Tokyo release and I noticed the table case table [sn_customerservice_case] is missing the business_service field/column. 

I've checked with a couple of colleagues who also have PDI's and they could see the this field in their case table (their PDI was also running on Tokyo release and with the entire table OOTB. 

 

Any thoughts on why I don't get the business service included in the case table and how to address this? Perhaps there's an additional plugin to be installed..?

FYI: I have initially released my PDI and requested a new one but I still don't get it.

Hi @Patrick Santos 

 

Try to install "Customer Service with Service Portfolio Management (SPM)" plugin then you can find the 'Service (business_service)' field.
