Hello,
We need to define our product offerings and specifications in ServiceNow and integrate this information with various cross-functional systems for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. We'll use an event-based approach in ServiceNow to publish these product offerings. Any updates or deletions to the product offerings and specifications must be communicated to third-party systems to ensure everything stays in sync. However, we only want to publish the changes (deltas) rather than the entire data.
Are there any features in ServiceNow, such as Change Data Capture or version comparison capabilities, that can help us identify and capture only the added, updated, or deleted objects in the latest product offering version?
