"Playbook" tab is not appearing in agent workspace for complaint cases

Hello Everyone,

I am implementing Case Playbook for complaints. I am not able to see the "Paybook" related record for complaint cases in agent workspace. 

Can anyone guide me on this...

Hi Maik,

Thanks a lot for the article describing steps involved in setting up first basic playbook. 

 

Not sure if anybody faced this before, but in my scenario, when I am logged IN as an end user, the playbook shows the error as below:

This means, the user is able to access the workspace, and can see the playbook tab on the record, however, for some particular type(s) of activities, it shows this message. 

 

Any ideas / thoughts on what might be missing. I also tried assinging the "workspace_admin" role to the user, but no luck.

Urgent help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
