Read only check boxes is not visible clearly on form view

As we can see on the screenshot, User experience check box is marked as true but from usability ,visibility perspective  it is feebly  visible. Can this improved to increase the enhance the visibility

I don't think it is possible. It is ServiceNow OOB things.

This is normal custom Table and when fields becomes read only, These read only fields appear to be missed out.

Irrespective whatever be table this is the behavior for any read only fields.

Branding: Default or Dark theme on both of it looks rather dim.
