Real-time updates not working in CSM Configurable Workspace

As you know, if you open record in CSM Workspace and in the meantime record is updated by someone else, there is a blue message saying "User XY has modified this field value" next to modified field(s).
What I noticed is the following behavior:
- Open in CSM Workspace Case Task
- In Case Task, there is a reference to parent Case. Open it through "i" icon, so it will be opened in sub-tab.
- Now, if you stay in form of newly opened Case and do any change of the Case (e.g. from platform view), the change is not reflected live / real-time in the form. You must refresh the page to notice the change of the field(s).
Does anybody know why is this happening & how this can be fixed please ? We need live updates on every record form in workspace. Does not matter if the record is on top-tab, sub-tab or if record is opened through "i" icon.

it worked for me every time when I updated the record from platform view and it showed me the message that user has modified the value and reflected the field change as well.
