Hello,
I am facing a strange behaviour ! I have created a extended table from Case and have a workspace view configured so that agents can access oit through configurable workspace.
However, I can see that the reference field search icons are not working at all. If I am clicking them it does not show anything. This is only happening in this extended case table .

Figured it out! This was basically because some of the event mappings were missing in the workspace ui builder. There is a specific event mapping with an OOB client script to load the pop up. The name is 'Record Default Record Page Tabs Reference Search'

I think those fields are editable because you are an admin. Have you tried it impersonating a user with fulfiller role?
